 Rehydration Instructions

Place the number of pieces of mushroom you wish to use in a bowl and cover with cool water for 20 Minutes. It’s very important NOT to use hot water as this will start the cooking process, which can create a tougher texture than might be desired.

Once hydrated they are now ready to cook as you wish.
